Lucky 213 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Pakistani Player Needs to Know

By registering an account, accessing the Lucky 213 website or mobile application, or placing any bet or wager on any game or sporting event through the Lucky 213 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and Lucky 213.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Lucky 213 platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Lucky 213 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Lucky 213 platform. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

To register and use the Lucky 213 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 213 strictly prohibits gambling by minors and will close any account found to belong to a person under 18, forfeiting any balance held.
• You must be a natural person – that is, a human individual and not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Lucky 213 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as a proxy for a third party.
• You confirm that online gaming or sports betting is not explicitly prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or access the platform. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether using Lucky 213 is lawful in your location before registering.

Each eligible person may register only one Lucky 213 account. Opening multiple accounts – whether using the same identity, different mobile numbers, different devices or any combination thereof – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering at Lucky 213 you must provide accurate and truthful information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

Lucky 213 will not be held liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to protect your login details.

Lucky 213 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Lucky 213 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, Lucky 213 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and return the funds to the originating source.

The minimum deposit at Lucky 213 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members although high-value deposits may trigger enhanced identity verification checks. Deposits are credited to your Lucky 213 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, except for IBFT bank transfers which may take up to two hours.

Lucky 213 does not charge any fees for deposits. However your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are entirely outside Lucky 213's control.

Lucky 213 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be directed to your Easypaisa wallet. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to the correct owner.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Lucky 213 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 PKT, seven days a week) are typically processed within one to two hours. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day unless Lucky 213 has arranged extended processing coverage.

Lucky 213 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal – particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000. Verification requests will be communicated by email to the registered address. Members have five business days to provide requested documents before the withdrawal request is cancelled.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds (after completion of wagering requirements) are withdrawable.
• Lucky 213 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• Lucky 213 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

Lucky 213 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin awards, cashback programmes, PSL-specific promotions and seasonal offers tied to Pakistani occasions such as Eid and Ramadan. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page as well as the general bonus rules below.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, the following general bonus rules apply to all Lucky 213 promotional offers:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play become available for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus at a time: Lucky 213 members may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Accepting a new bonus cancels any existing uncompleted bonus along with its associated winnings.
• Eligible games: Not all games at Lucky 213 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotions terms page.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet allowed at Lucky 213 is Rs 2,000. Bets placed above this limit during active bonus play may be voided.
• Abuse of bonuses: Lucky 213 actively monitors for bonus abuse including systematic exploitation of bonus terms, collusion between players to generate artificial wagering volume and multiple account registrations to claim bonuses multiple times. Detection of bonus abuse results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All casino games available at Lucky 213 – including slot machines, video poker, table games and live dealer games – are provided by third-party software providers who are independently licensed and certified. Lucky 213 does not develop, modify or interfere with game software in any way.

All digital casino games at Lucky 213 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems are independently audited and the published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are accurate to the best of Lucky 213's knowledge based on information provided by the game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game – including but not limited to network interruption, server failure, software error or power outage – Lucky 213's policy is as follows:

• If a game round was interrupted before a result was reached, the bet is voided and the staked amount is returned to your Lucky 213 balance.
• If a result had already been determined by the RNG before the interruption, that result stands and is paid accordingly once the technical issue is resolved.
• In genuinely ambiguous cases, Lucky 213 will review the server logs and communicate its decision to the affected member within 48 hours.

Live dealer game results are determined by physical cards, balls or equipment operated by human dealers in the Lucky 213 studio. These results are final and not subject to dispute on the grounds of personal dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Lucky 213's sports betting service covers PSL, international cricket, football, tennis and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Lucky 213 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed at Lucky 213:

• Abandoned matches: If a PSL match or other sporting event is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for a result to be recorded under that sport's official rules, all bets on the match are voided and stakes are returned.
• Live in-play bets: Once accepted by Lucky 213's system, in-play bets cannot be cancelled. The odds shown at time of placement are the odds that apply regardless of subsequent score or market changes.
• Obvious errors: Lucky 213 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a system error. Members who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these terms.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at Lucky 213 is Rs 5,000,000. Where a bet would otherwise pay more, the payout is capped at this amount.
• Accumulator bets: Accumulator bets are settled based on the combined odds of all selected legs. If one leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Lucky 213. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and likely permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, manipulate outcomes or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over the Lucky 213 platform itself
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any other game type to manipulate outcomes or share information with the intent of gaining an advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in any Lucky 213 game or system – whether to generate artificial wins or to disrupt the platform for other members
• Using fraudulent payment methods including stolen debit card details, false mobile wallet credentials or any payment instrument that does not belong to you
• Opening multiple Lucky 213 accounts or assisting another person in opening an account in your name or using your payment details
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Lucky 213 platform including making deposits with no genuine intention to play, depositing and immediately withdrawing to convert funds
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point including during identity verification
• Using the Lucky 213 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

Lucky 213 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, poses an anti-money-laundering risk, or where continued operation of the account may expose Lucky 213 or other members to harm.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, Lucky 213 may withhold the account balance in whole or in part. Where an account is closed at Lucky 213's discretion and no breach by the member has been established, any legitimate balance held will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Members may also close their own Lucky 213 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any unwagered real money balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus balances not yet converted to withdrawable winnings will be forfeited on account closure.

Lucky 213 is committed to responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its members seriously. Lucky 213 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Lucky 213 platform.

Lucky 213 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Lucky 213 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime unless the downtime was caused by Lucky 213's negligence and resulted in the loss of a placed bet.

Lucky 213 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with our payment providers for transaction processing, with identity verification services and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies when required by law.
